We begin by discovering the primary objectives and goals for the project. We listen closely to the needs and expectations of the client and we ask the appropriate questions and define the objectives before moving forward. We address budget and schedule constraints and devise a strategy to take us from concept to completion.
We discuss and exchange ideas about our client’s target audience, competition, business plan, future plans for growth and internal/external resources to help define their business objectives clearly. In addition, we conduct a thorough needs analysis to identify approval process, content sources, functionality, and user experience criteria in order to gain a deeper understanding of the overall project. Next we prepare and deliver a proposal that describes in detail the scope of the project including creative brief, budget and timeline.

During this phase, Rian Design translates the needs and goals established in the define phase into conceptual and visual design options. This involves deciding the overall look and feel of the project. We determine the overall concept and implement the appropriate design elements. For interactive projects, we rely on the many disciplines of experience design, such as architecture, site maps, and wire framing.
Upon delivery of preliminary concepts that meet the objectives, we discuss possible revisions and/or redefined objectives. From here concepts are refined by implementing client feedback while maintaining the continuity of the agreed upon objectives.
By balancing our creative resources, content, ideas, and functionality requirements, the “look, feel, and experience” are defined and set the foundations of various project possibilities.

In the develop phase, we bring everything together. This involves a collaboration of creative resources to write, program, print, or illustrate our vision. During each stage of refinement, we edit, modify, and perfect the design whether it be brand analysis & positioning, corporate identity, website design & development or marketing materials.
Once the client signs off, we archive and prepare the files for delivery.

In the delivery phase, begin the production of printed materials and reveal websites for all of the world to see. To ensure the accuracy and integrity of all printed materials, we manage the production process by reviewing color proofs and participating in press checks. We even schedule and facilitate the delivery of materials to our clients desired locations.
In addition, we provide style guides and training for projects including corporate identity and websites. This helps to ensure the accurate and consistent usage of all materials across the board.
