This mid-century modern building provides the ideal work environment for our design studio. The structural beauty of the 225 pre-cast Xs (see photos below) on the facade are not only key to the building’s structural system but also offer a spectacular architectural element.

Working out of a loft on the top floor gives way to an amazing view stretching from beyond the famous Hollywood sign to the skyscrapers of downtown Los Angeles. We welcome you to come visit us and experience our new space with these amazing views.
